I have worked with Tammy on three transactions now and will happily use her on my next. I was referred to her by a friend who bought two different houses with Tammy Sue as their agent. Repeat business should tell you how happy we were with her service.
Not only did she very much look out for my interests (including not pushing my price ranges), she really shined during the escrow phase. She stayed on top of the loan process, the HOA and escrow company, which wasn’t easy on two of the transactions (on the first one I chose a lousy lender and on the second one the buyer did).
If you are considering using her as a listing agent, the real question would be whether she would put in the effort needed to make a sale happen – and that is something she excels at. She’s a bit of a workaholic – maybe not the best for Jay (her cool husband) - but definitely good for her clients. She has returned every call I have ever made to her (even months after transactions) so I wouldn’t worry on that front.
